The location allowed easy access to many attractions. Breakfast had a GREAT selection of foods and drinks. The building's appearance and common areas were fabulous.

I found that the stairs down to the restaurant were a little difficult to navigate.

i found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. the rooms were comfortable and reasonably spacious. tram and bus stops were nearby. breakfast and dinner being included in the room price makes it very good value. most of the meals were also very good with plenty of variety.

the room was a bit small compared to the pictures online.

the room wasn't properly cleaned, i asked for service twice, it never happened. hygiene felt missing. we stayed for several days and it was cleaned only once. it is a disappointment.

location are nice, with the city center and train station being a short walk away. many restaurant are located on the street, including a food hall. the breakfast offered a huge buffet, and i particularly enjoyed the various options available. it was convenient it had a kettle and tea and coffee in the room.

the shower design seemed like a lack of privacy, as it connected to the room with transparent walls.

the staff was very helpful, always ready to make an agreement if needed. they seem to provide assistance with a smile and ensured any concerns are addressed promptly. the agreement was nice.
